Pros
They care about the employees and their families. They are willing to work with anyone and are willing to help you grow and succeed. You are not just a number here, you are a person. only you can decide where you want your career to take you and E-Pak will help you get there. They offer a monthly incentive program, a great benefits package, and will even provide tuition reimbursement as well. If you do not know how to weld, you'll learn. A great atmosphere and environment to work in.
Cons
There are not many cons to working at E-Pak, but every company has a shortfall. The biggest one that stands out to me is that the wages are considered competitive to the area and to other weld shops in the area, and in some cases they are way better than others. But the employees who have the skill, certifications, and experience, are not offered what they are worth. If you have certifications or have 15+ years in the industry, do not expect to be paid what a union shop would offer. If you are starting out or have a few years experience under your belt, this is a great place to come to because you WILL be compensated fairly.
For those who are afraid to get dirty, walk away now. There have been efforts to keep the plant clean, and there have great improvements, (and still continue to improve,) but you will get dirty working here.
