Thank you for your feedback. We are genuinely sorry your experience was so uncomfortable and appreciate you taking the time to share it so we can grow.
With the unprecedented growth we have experienced in recent years, we have successfully navigated through some challenges which may have contributed to your perception. 2016 was both an opportunity to invest in tools, expand our internal IT Department, elevate our Human Resources, and add to or make changes in our leadership in various parts of the country. Having researched your claim of missing phones and internet in one of our regional offices, we confess, we are confused. All offices were opened with that equipment, baring one where, in the initial months of operation, we found the use of cell phones vs. implementing a business system more efficient.
Now squarely in the first quarter of 2017, our business opportunities are stronger than at any other 1st quarter in our history, and our expansion into new markets continue with, as you suggest, a renewed focus on strategic entry. Additionally, leadership from around the country has been aligned and is working as a team, with a greater focus on employee training and effective communication.
We wish you the very best in your future endeavors.
