I worked at E2 Optics for one month. The first day I didn't even have a laptop. The first week I couldn't even log in to anything nor could I log my time to be paid. IT put the blame on MGMT and MGMT blamed IT. So after what was essentially only 3 weeks I was fired with NO reason. I wasn't held to any metics so it makes zero sense that I could be told it "wasn't a fit". I was told I didn't use Indeed enough while others in HR told me we didn't even have Indeed. HUH? When I expected to be trained on E2 Optics process I would be told people were "just really busy" with their kids as other job as a seamstress? Some very inexperienced agency recruiters. They would have me interview people and then take credit for the hire. They brag about being women owned, but they lack integrity and honesty and the business model is set up to fail their big social media clients who are already not happy with them and their lack of performance.Shame on you E2 Optics. Good, experienced, smart recruiters beware. I'm currently taking legal action as they clearly let me go because I was older than the complacent kids they like to hire and didn't see my age until I started and then immediately dismissed me with no training, no coaching, and no communication. They would literally say, "Sorry we are busy." Also I had a trip to go to my sick mother's 80th birthday planned for years and when I got the offer I explained this was important for me to still go and the recruiting manager/seamstrees told me I wouldn't have enough PTO for it. Huh?? She also asked me if I was bilingual when I started. You didn't think to ask that durig the 3 interviews over the course of 2 months. I left a great job because E2 told me a bunch of lies. Please don't get fooled. So many great jobs and great people out there.
