Pros

For the most part I enjoyed the people I worked with at Nanolab. My coworkers were easy to get along with and we had some great times outside of work. I was surprised by how down to earth my manager was. He wasn’t intimidating in the least to approach or talk to. He regularly set aside time for the staff. Great guy and great staff.

Cons

Raises should match growth rate of the company.

Thank you for your feedback. One of the strengths of EAG is the collegial work environment and many people report how much they appreciate and enjoy working with their colleagues. Merit increases are calculated using information we learn about the markets rates of the communities in which we operate, along with budget guidelines that are given to us. We try our best to apply a meritocracy approach to ensure that those who are making the strongest contributions receive the largest increases, within their range. I do know that our increases this year were in line with the Cost of Living Indicators in each of our communities.
