      freedom to think outside the box and to work with world class engineer

      Cons

      growing fast and still in start up structure. Lots of people thinking theyre going to make it rich quick with a start up and do nothing during their tenure

      Pros

      Had a job. Staff develops the comradere of any group of unrelated persons held under duress. Snack bar was nice but would have rather afforded lunch for myself.

      Cons

      "Exceptional" work is rewarded with less than average pay for the area. When they offer you free life insurance, ask how much the company gets when you die. High turn over. Contradicting stories amongst customers and staff. Racism. Sexism. Lol posting positive reviews of themselves online.
