hard work, lots of work and okay team

There is little competition in the market and a lot of room for the company to grow.

The company has not had a CRO during my entire tenure and has struggled to find one. Additionally, there is no one in an executive leadership position leading operations (e.g. COO). This is a major gap that leads to departments operating in silos and disconnect across key areas of the org.
