Pros
-Great company culture. Work hard play hard. -No shortage of challenging work -Not only is there opportunity to integrate new technologies, it is encouraged to bring new ideas and think forward -Very collaborative work environment across all teams, not just IT -Managers prioritize both technical and professional growth -As a smaller company, you get to see your work, feedback and ideas come to fruition and see your personal impact.
Cons
-Part of what comes with a smaller company in its growth phase is that sometimes the work life balance scale can tip a bit more towards the work side. --I would add to this, however, that it never goes unnoticed nor unappreciated.
