Pros
- Well paid with great benefits - Helpful team leaders and management to make sure you succeed - Fun department outings and games with an opportunity for bonuses! - LOVE the people who work there. CEO's visit both North and South office regularly which gives the company a connected feel even while it grows. They are transparent and share news about the companies growth and goals
Cons
- Although the base salary/benefits is satisfactory for SDR position, it would be nice to have the opportunity for commission when surpassing project goals. They offer something kind of like it, but it's small and finite and sort of drains the fun out of overachieving on your projects when they move the goal posts on you too. I feel like SDR's would achieve so much more if this incentive was introduced
