      Cons

      HR is an absolute disaster! No transparency re salaries scale, promotion , development opportunities and bonuses, a lot of urgent tasks, while the capacity to implement is missing.

      International exposure to emerging market interesting and talented junior colleagues

      Cons

      - Managers do not care about juniors career progression and some do not have integrity - Work is repetitive once you understand it and lacks challenges, which means many works are highly AI replaceable - The quality of mid-management really varies, Some talented mid senior people are quiet while mediocre take the place. - Reacts slow to market and some red tapes - Not a resourceful bank in terms of reputation and benefits
