Pros
All this years in this company, I see that the management willing to acknowledge and make the necessary changes to improve the company from time to time. Recently the company implemented more mature KPI and make it public so that everyone can really see their own performance. Management also care for their staffs especially for those staffs that stick with the company during the up and down period. They will occasionally bring us to have a nice feast and even spend a few thousand Ringgit to send us for some training courses to improve our life. Overall, if you are capable and able to withstand pressure, the management will appreciate you.
Cons
Recently, management always hire those staffs that take for granted. They not willing to sacrifice but always request or complain this and that. Even worse there are ex-staffs that backstab me after I spend considerable efforts to help them.
