Experience started well. Enjoyed the people I worked with.

Lots of he/she said. Bullying behind your back. My supervisor passed away from mental health which I believe work place bullying had many factors.

Pay is above average. Close to home.

No traffic management plan to isolate workers from forklift operations. SWP's are almost non existent. No driver safety zones while collecting carpet rolls. Terrible management practice which likes to sweep things under the 'carpet'. In the event of safework coming to site, operations would cease immediately.
