Nice coworkers - Analyst EC Infosystems Employee Review

Where do I begin. Somehow the company managed to get rid of all their old reviews that shared what a hellhole this place was. Workers aren't trusted and yelled at regularly. There's a revolving door of people who quit or are fired at random. Everyone who stays lives in fear that they are next. Cameras watch your every step. Every time there are negative reviews, they force staff on H1B visas to post fake positive reviews to bring their score back up from 2

New management/ownership might change ??

Always Micro managed. Systems are so old and falling apart (big mess) -always trying to catch up with work. Don't take a day off or get sick you will drown the next day. Forget about taking vacation your co-workers will hate you for that and they will need to cover for you. Not enough support team members. Don't anticipate on getting annual raise.
