Pros
Under the current C-level leadership, I find it difficult to identify clear advantages or a compelling direction for the organization. Looking back 3–4 years, there was a noticeably stronger culture of collaboration, where the former CEO actively listened to and engaged with colleagues at all levels. Today, there is significant emphasis placed on AI initiatives, yet the organization still struggles to implement even basic process automation effectively — raising questions about execution capability and strategic follow-through. Additionally, the recently appointed SD Director, who previously served as a CTM, has had a negative impact on the SD Manila team. There are visible concerns around people management approach and a lack of clear strategic planning, which is affecting team morale and confidence in leadership.
Cons
I would not recommend this organization in its current state. Unless there are significant changes at the C-level, including leadership within HR, I cannot see this improving anytime soon. The Head of HR, in particular, does not appear to prioritize employee well-being — which is a fundamental expectation for someone in that role. The work environment is unfortunately stressful on multiple fronts — both from demanding client expectations and the internal culture that has developed under current management. What was once a more people-centric organization has drifted far from that. To anyone considering a role here: think carefully before applying. This is not a place where you will feel supported or valued under the current leadership structure. I genuinely hope the organization finds its way back to what it once was, but that will require real accountability and meaningful change at the top.
