      Pros

      Hybrid working. Choose the tasks that you excell at or need to learn to help your team reach it's goals. Industry training and courses offered to help you towards being better at our job and be promoted. Easy going. We have tasks we have to complete to help clients meet deadlines. The management is not like any other company I've worked for. Yes we need to get projects finished to deadline but they also listen to what we say and help us have what we need to do our job.

      Cons

      We sometimes have to work extra hours so clients can meet deadlines. But this does give us satisfaction that we have helped others.
