Pros
Great pentesting team and a very friendly environment to work in. The pentesting director was brilliant - a lot of good training and really pushed me to further my career. Overall, the company is flexible and does try it's best to let you fit work around your personal life. Also, a quarterly bonus scheme which regularly pays out and an annual training budget which pays for conferences and certifications. All in all, a great place to work and I would certainly consider returning at some point in the future.
Cons
Salary and compensation were slightly lower than the market average. A fair bit of travelling (and occasionally on Sunday evening) when expected to be onsite with a client.
