Overall- the company is full of good people. The vibe is generally laid back and there are several perks to being in the office with breakfast on Mondays and snacks. Happy hours once a month. Smart and good people and the quality of work produced by the team is excellent.

There is some rigid thinking occasionally that I feel prohibits growth within the company. Very much, "We've always done it this way" and not a lot of openness to change. Occasional yelling and cursing when things go wrong.
