Pros
Diverse range of projects in all phases of work. Everyday will be something new. Fairly compensated and received bi-annual bonuses. Continuing education and training is encouraged and paid for.
Cons
One of the owners is horrible. He has zero respect for his employees and has no idea how to properly manage. Be prepared to be talked down to constantly or yelled at in front of the entire office. He creates a stressful and uncomfortable work environment. Bonuses are always late, typically by a few months.
