It is easy to tell which reviews are written by management and are extremely misleading for anyone considering working here. Warning- This is not a good place to work. The management style and structure of the office are unproductive. Everyone has to direct to upper management who are extremely busy, unapproachable, and therefor are responsible for projects moving slowly. The only way to get any one on one time is to stay late pasting business hours. Certain members of management will never trust any of his employees and needs to be involved in every decision. He is irrational, unprofessional, mean and has no respect for others. There is obvious favoritism when it comes to the way he treats employees. If you consider yourself a doormat and don’t mind getting walked all over then EDG is the place for you.
