Pros
-smart people work with the institute
Cons
-Extremely high turnover -company barely making any profits in Europe. Opened many offices/representations in Singapore/US but business has not really picked up. -very top down company with no opportunity to suggest ideas -they want people smart enough to do the job but not smart enough to challenge decisions -Not a good name in the industry and no one really understand the concept of "research for industry" -company just re-uses old research with no real innovation -projects change overnight and people end up working on 10 projects in one year with no real added value. -Company wants to be very international yet all decisions are taken from Nice (south of France) with no international scope
