EDI Staffing is a great place to work. The management is incredibly supportive, and the camaraderie of the team is strong.

None that I can think of.

Having just passed my 18th anniversary working at EDI Specialists, I feel truly blessed to have been given the opportunity to work here after Polaroid became a forgotten icon of the photo industry. I love everyone I work with and they are the hardest working crew I have had the pleasure to manage and support. We are a strong team, each member having their own opinions and occasional gripes. But, in the end, we are a cohesive unit all rowing in the same direction. Our President & CEO is sometimes generous to a fault, and if I was down and out, he is the first person I would go to for help. I can't imagine doing anything else, for anyone else. We are a small and growing company in an industry that becomes more challenging every day. After 18 years, I can count on one hand the number of people who have left voluntarily. As strange as it may seem, even staffing companies occasionally make a mistake in hiring employees. This is an ethical company, with ethical employees, and those ethics flow from the top down. I wouldn't be here otherwise. Over the years we have had the same clients for a decade or more and our "go to" consultants love us. Negative reviews come from negative people. Our society doesn't need negativity. We need positive, hard working people who make a positive difference in others' lives every day.

The only negative for me is that I didn't leave Polaroid earlier to come to EDI Specialists.
