No possibility of growth, professional evolution. Team responsibles are unfairly chosen and impossible to change them because the direction does not listen real problems. Sales directors do not have any "Director" functions, they won't help new employees integrating the team. They will be busy selling and getting projects and commissions just like a standart account Manager. the Account Manager tasks and responsibilities are endless, seems like everything should be done by KAM : marketing, account receivable management, account management, contracts/legal, business development, customer success. When you try to give a productive idea pointing serious problems, Sales directors don't want to hear negativity, and only focused on shining and hiding the sad truth about their lacks. so many more things to say... it is unfortunate because EDİCOM has the potential to be the best company in Valencia but very far behind in terms of management.
