      Pros

      Small company and employees are valued. It's somewhat easy to more to new positions. The company has a lot of high tenure employees.

      Cons

      Pay incentive sucks unless you have experience in banking. Having a degree is over looked when it comes to pay. The management is political and can be lazy.

      Great people to work with, HR was fantastic and very helpful. They did an employee appreciation day at least once a month.

      Pay could be higher but no real complaints.
