      Opportunities for career growth, Main tasks as an FC1 are simple.

      Cons

      Often expected to perform duties outside of job description. It sometimes felt like the company catered TOO much to the customer and made our job harder when they bent the rules if they complained enough.

      Great people to work with, HR was fantastic and very helpful. They did an employee appreciation day at least once a month.

      Pay could be higher but no real complaints.
