      Good work-life balance, you can easily do your job in 2-3 hours/day, and have a lot of time doing what you want.

      Cons

      Only a few exceptional employees, who want to excel at what they are doing, most of them are just hanging around to get paid.

      Pros

      The work is easy and doesn't require much thinking.

      Cons

      You have to pay a toll to get to the office. Repetitive work, little advancement opportunity, no incentives to be more productive.
