      Pros

      The company supports the co-workers with family. They have nursery and kindergarten, part-time jobs and remote working is available, many events for the families and their children (family christmas, children's day, summer camp for kids etc.)

      Cons

      I can't mention any downside.

      Pros

      The work is easy and doesn't require much thinking.

      Cons

      You have to pay a toll to get to the office. Repetitive work, little advancement opportunity, no incentives to be more productive.
