I was working full-time remote and can say for sure - the company's flat structure is the greatest value it has! I was able to go directly to C-Level management and ask for any questions or requests. CEO Eugene is an awesome manager he always takes care of each of the employees and it's great you can go directly to him with any questions or ideas. People I was working with were strong professionals and a lot of them became my friends. I was invited each year to celebrate NewYear's party. The company pays for a hotel for remote teammates to come to Kyiv. Not taken vacation days are paid after each year. Every 6 month there is a performance review where you can achieve a better salary depending on your performance. There is no delay in getting paid. There are some awesome accountants who can help you with any questions, taxes, and requests.
