I started working at EHLION in June 2022, first on a freelance basis and since this year as an employee at the office in Malta. My colleagues and the team are really great and the overall team dynamic is good. The team is also very diverse which I find nice. Everyone is supportive and always willing to help regardless of their position. Our benefits are an annual gym membership or spa visits throughout the year. There’s also always fresh fruit and breakfast options and we have bi-weekly lunches. I enjoy those because we always have discussions that aren’t necessarily pertained to work so I got to know my co-workers better. The management team does a great job at ensuring we are properly trained - having at least 3 trainings a year, 2 of which I’ve completed and were very helpful and any questions I had were answered in depth. They are also very receptive to the team overall and I feel they want to make us feel as comfortable as possible at work. Any software that is used at the company we have tech support and training as well. We also go on team building activities which are usually a lot of fun and sometimes we go to dinner or have small surprise activities, all sponsored by the company.
