      Company Instability - Company is going thru such low phase, very unpredictable future, no performance review, no salary revision for last 2 yrs. They let go of so many talented people.

      Pros

      If you are familiar with the Overemployed subreddit, this company could be for you. I worked for perhaps 10 hours a week most weeks for a full salary and received glowing reports on my job performance.

      Cons

      Some folks don't even bother putting in the solid 10 hours a week and it shows. Lots of slackers who get paychecks for absolutely nothing.
