ELMO has really put a big emphasis on trying to put its people first and work with them to give them an environment where they can do their best every day. The teams have a strong focus on delivering quality work in all areas of the business and doing the best they can for their customers whether internal or external.
Cons
With hyper growth comes the challenges of keeping up and always being 100% on execution. Whilst the attitude and intention are always positive, execution can always be improved. It's getting better and can be even better in the future.
