I've really enjoyed working with EM Tuition. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the directors genuinely care, they're approachable and always there if you need support. What stands out most is the company’s values, they really do want the best for the children, and you feel that in the way things are run. It’s meaningful work, and I feel lucky to be part of it. What I appreciate most is that the company really does care about helping children, and that comes through in the way they work and the decisions they make. It feels good to be part of something that’s actually making a difference. It’s a rewarding role, especially when you see the impact you're having. It’s not always easy, but it’s meaningful work, and you feel valued as part of the team.
