      Pros

      Management was friendly and starting the job was quick.

      Cons

      I did not realize it would be like a babysitting position. I did not feel qualified enough to be working with some of the kids with special needs. Other teaching assistants are very young and the environment felt clique-y.

      Good experience for college students going into careers working with children (ie., SLP, ABA, etc)

      Little flexibility in work schedule, low pay for level of personal responsibility
