      Pros

      The staff at Emilia's Kids care about the children they are staffing services for. The office communicates deadlines clearly. As far as EI agencies in NYC go, this one is better than most.

      Cons

      Rates are somewhat stagnant, but that's more of a state funding issue.

      Pros

      Management was friendly and starting the job was quick.

      Cons

      I did not realize it would be like a babysitting position. I did not feel qualified enough to be working with some of the kids with special needs. Other teaching assistants are very young and the environment felt clique-y.
