1. Late meeting at late afternoon, resulting in OT due to management's timing to enter in company. 2. Disorganized company with unfixed SOP. 3. "Forced leave" and unapproved leave and MC. 4. Delayed welfare package that can only be claimed after you worked for a year and passed your probation. 5. Probation is usually more than 6 months, some up to a year. 6. Bad management that is bias towards a particular senior worker in company. 7. High turnover rate despite small company. 8. Unequal distribution of work due to biasness in company 9. Unreasonable bonding if sent for course 10. Long notice period with nothing much to hand over. 11. Unprofessional interview questions on plans for children and marriage by management. 12. High sample volumes with limited manpower. 13. Sense of guilt when leaving company on time. 14. Too secluded. 15. No progression in this workplace.
