      -Good exposure to different projects and several opportunities to familiarize with authority codes and submissions. -Hands-on and will involve interaction with clients etc. -Flexible timings for lunch-time. -Self-sufficient learning environment.

      Cons

      -Lack of manpower, abundance of workload. -Lack of proper guidance. May not be friendly for fresh grads/unfamiliar peers. -Easily burnt out because of zombie-like working environment. -Constant pressure from pressing deadlines due to lack of proper management. -Salary below market rate.

      OT is expected WFM discouraged Few employees compared to the amount of work No women working there (when I was working there personally)
