Where to start…. - search eml payments you will see the constant issues - salaries are terrible, they try to pay good hard working staff the bare minimum - upper management are a joke, lots of micromanaging and “my way or no way” attitude - no work life balance - employees are not trusted - bonuses are mentioned yearly but never delivered - lack of recognition - lack of support by management
