Cons
Department often miss important service awards and have not done any personal development planning despite this being pushed elsewhere in the business. Lack of project teams leave you juggling projects that really shouldn't be your task. Workloads and pressures are almost always high because the department never says no to anything....You are made to feel like you cant say no and then take on so much work that you reach breaking point. Meeting etiquette often leaves a lot to be desired. Some people arriving late, going off topic and wasting valuable time. Sometimes people dont even turn up for Zoom meetings at all with no apologies to the meeting organiser. Time for personal development training needs to given to allow people to progress further. Some training can be taken on in personal time but there should also be time available during working hours, after all it benefits the company.
