      Pros

      People. Most of my colleagues are really nice people, the company has a great culture which focusses on bringing the teams together.

      Cons

      The company at times works like an accounting firm which doesn't make sense for an engineering company. A lot of things don't have set standards and hence structuring for junior employees is a problem.

      Great opportunity if you are doing school since they are flexible with your hours.

      Cons

      It is very rare to see interns be promoted or offered the project manager position.

      You learn a lot, relaxed work environment, generous wfh policy

      Cons

      Work is repetitive and generally you're stuck with clients who just want to comply with regulations instead of actually getting meaningful work done.
