Pros
The St. Louis office has a great work environment and the best manager I have ever had. The projects are very unique and challenging and they provide a great support structure to excel. I rarely work over 40-45 hours and extremely rarely work weekends (less than once a year on average).
Cons
Though they have basic flexibilities such as can start and end your day whenever you have worked 8 hours, several policies get pushed down from the corporate office. There has been a big push to get people back to working in the office. Though they do allow a day or two a week of working from home. In general some policies get pushed down from corporate that does not always make sense or seem to apply to the office. Also not a very diverse office.
