The amount of opportunity there is for growth & learning is amazing. Leadership is always listening to their employees and open for suggestions on how to make the work itself better and the work environment better. The employees are active and participate in office wide events. It's a great working environment!
Cons
None at the moment. The work can be challenging at times, but it's rewarding- you feel like you are making a difference. Hard work does not go unnoticed. The variety of projects keeps the work engaging and fun.
