There are no pros to this job, its a hoax.

The designation and actual responsibilities were completely different. The role was presented as “Artist & Talent Manager,” but the day-to-day work was heavily sales and business-development focused with aggressive revenue expectations.

couldn't figure out any so left its run by two brothers who are not on good terms

good environment , average office and less oppurtunites
