Pros
**Please note that what I’ve laid out is completely based on my personal experience and the specific client team that I’m currently on. -Friendly co-workers -Exposure to a large variety of projects -Chill environment (aside from crunch time) -PTO (you get 200 hrs every year) -Work from home flexibility
Cons
I’ll be honest here, my experience with this company started off horribly wrong. I was put onto a client that demanded a lot of work (which is fine), however, the co-workers that I worked with here were completely awful. As a new hire at the time, what I needed most from my team leads/co-workers were guidance, patience, and training. Unfortunately, I did not experience either of those things, thus, my initial experience was met with constant hostility towards me (rude emails, throwing me under the bus, calling me out in front of everyone, etc..), insane overtime hours, and constant stress. I currently don’t have this experience now due to me being on a different client with different co-workers (thank god..), however, this just goes to show that your experience here will be HIGHLY dependent on your manager/team members/client.
