-Poor hiring management. Inconsistent information given out to other teams in the company making it a mess for a smooth transition into EN. -Lack of overall information from other teams. -You will always be taking your work home with you. Including calls on holidays. -Onboarding process overall is a tornado at best. Rarely do new hires get the information and guidance they need by the hiring managers and are left on their own to figure it out. -Overall toxic environment with a get it done no matter what attitude even if this means hurting other colleges in the process. -Understandably high turnover rate.
