Below director level, people are great. Everyone genuinely tries to help each other. Insurance is decent and flexibe remote work condition is great.
Cons
The company focuses on revenue more than feasibilty. Cares little to none about the employee wellbeing. it is all talk but no actions. Some directors are all about putting their names out and treat peope like dirt. If you have one of those directors, you should leave.
