Pros

Product Training is really good as the company invests in making sure that teammates are able to deliver soon as they move to production. The efforts put on by PST Trainers in making sure that teammates are capable are worth noting regardless if the teammates fresh from GCT Training are ready-or-not. Still, the roadmap set for a teammate is great, especially for newbies.

Cons

Not recommended for people who are after high base pay. I stayed in the company for 10 years and had been promoted 4 times, last position I held was PST Trainer L2, but the pay I received was less than what those who are not from the company are getting. Worst part is, teammates from other centers are getting even more than what officers here are getting. It is a great company for newbies, but soon as people are promoted, incentives become less despite having bigger and more complex obligations. Some teammates are even getting paid higher than what officers are getting.

Pros

I must say that having this as my first job gave me the opportunity to learn from the basics, earn additional skills (both work and in life), and develop my career growth. They also offer great communications training which would definitely help someone who is into developing their comm skills.

Cons

None that I can think of.
