The visual coordinator/manager added a sparkle to everyones day despite the toxicity of management.

Cons

This job review exposes a deeply flawed work environment characterized by non-transparency, unfair treatment, and sexist discrimination. The company suffers from extreme management instability (6 managers in 10 years) and offers no 401k benefits, leaving employees financially insecure. Additionally, the commission structure is deceptive—only paying a meager 1% and only after employees hit unrealistically high, nearly unattainable sales goals. The combination of poor leadership, discriminatory behavior, lack of retirement benefits, and a rigged commission system makes this a hostile and exploitative workplace.
