There are no pros that I can think of.

Didn't even look at my resume, sent me to a temp job at a factory that I could only describe as the worst job I'd ever had. They have 'fees' for everything that come out of your first paycheck, including urinalysis test that you have to pay for whether or not you actually work long enough to go for the test. I worked one 8-hour day, it wasn't for me so I quit but I will get NO pay for the day because it will all go towards their 'fees'. I would suppose they get a lot of free work done this way. Unfortunately there are alot of migrant workers and low-skilled workers in the area that have to endure this type of thing.
