Pros
Wonderful Life-work balance and flexible beyond industry norms. Sustainability is at the top of everybody’s agenda at last. Excellent human and professional talent. New CEO seems to understand the value of our services and of our personnel and has stated a correction of course.
Cons
No walk the talk as a”leading consultancy” firm to leading global organizations. There is no operational excellence culture, except on the health and safety area. Employee morale is on the floor and identity is not there making brand recognition still a goal to attain and with material achievements yet to show to demonstrate who we are.
