      Pros

      You work with a lot of smart people and interesting projects. The company is shifting towards sustainability type work, which is in big demand worldwide.

      Cons

      You have to really hunt for project work, it's not always available or coming to you. Sometimes, you are quite literally begging people for work. Also, the pay seems to be subpar.

      Cool projects. Diversity of work

      Cons

      Basically every 15 minutes need to be billed to a client. If not you will be penalized even if they say you’re doing great.
