Management conflicts are routine, with meetings devolving into managers attacking each other to push their own agendas while employees sit helplessly in the crossfire. The irony is that the only time they show real unity is when something goes wrong, suddenly turning their combined firepower to eleminate the employee. Instead of guidance and accountability we are left with confusion during discussions and blame when outcomes fail, a cycle that drains morale and respect.
