We're pleased to hear that you found our food offerings to your liking. Ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our team members is important to us.
However, we are deeply concerned by the negative aspects you've highlighted. At ESMT Berlin, we prioritize fostering a positive and supportive work environment for all employees. We take allegations of a stressful environment and aggressive behavior by our HR team very seriously. These are not in line with our values or the culture we strive to cultivate.
